What we clean
Whatever “clean” means at your house.
A weekly reset, a once-a-year assault on the grout, or an empty house that has to pass a landlord walkthrough — same checklist, same vetted cleaners.
Recurring House Cleaning
Weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits that keep the whole house level, so you are never cleaning ahead of the cleaners.
- Kitchens & appliance fronts wiped down
- Bathrooms scrubbed & sanitized
- Floors vacuumed & mopped
- Dusting from baseboards to shelves
Deep Cleaning
The once-in-a-while reset for everything a weekly clean sails past. Most homes start here, then drop to standard visits.
- Inside cabinets & drawers
- Baseboards & door frames
- Grout & tile detailing
- Behind & under furniture
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Empty rooms, full attention. Built for the landlord walkthrough, the listing photos, and the first night in a new place.
- Inside oven & refrigerator
- Interior windows & sills
- Closets & shelving wiped
- Full floor-to-ceiling clean
Kitchen & Bathroom Refresh
The two rooms that decide whether a house feels clean. Book them on their own when the rest can wait.
- Countertops degreased
- Sinks & faucets polished
- Showers & tubs descaled
- Mirrors & fixtures shined
Eco-Friendly Green Cleaning
Plant-based products and microfiber, so the house reads clean instead of reading like bleach. Standard for homes with kids, crawlers, or cats.
- Non-toxic solutions
- Safe for kids & pets
- Fragrance-free options
- Microfiber, low-waste tools
Post-Renovation Cleanup
Drywall dust settles for weeks after the contractors leave. We take it out of the vents, the tracks, and the tops of the doors.
- Fine dust removal
- Surface & vent wipe-down
- Window & frame detailing
- Floor scrub & polish
How it works
From first call to fresh floors.
Tell us the size and the state of it
Bedrooms, bathrooms, roughly how long since the last real clean. Two minutes on the phone or on the form and your price is settled.
Pick your day and your rhythm
One visit, or every week, other week, or month. You get the same two-hour arrival window each time, plus a text the day before.
Come home to it done
Most clients hand over a key or a door code and go to work. Something missed? Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that room.
Pricing
What moves the number.
The hero price covers a standard recurring clean. Everything below is the honest list of what costs extra, so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise.
Deep Clean & Move-Out
$249 – $499
Quoted after a short conversation about square footage, bathrooms, and how long it has been. Most first-time clients start here once, then switch to standard visits.
Optional add-ons
- Inside the oven+$35
- Inside the refrigerator+$30
- Interior windows+$45
- Each bathroom past the included count+$20
- Recurring visits save 10–20% off the one-time price
- No contracts — pause, reschedule, or stop any time
- Cleaning supplies and equipment are included, always
Why us
The part most cleaning companies leave vague.
The same cleaners, not a rotating roster
You get a small assigned team that learns your house — which cabinet holds the good cloths, which dog hides, which rug does not like water.
A re-clean, not an argument
Flag a room within 24 hours and we come back and clean it again at no charge. No inspection visit, no debate about whether it counts.
A written checklist, every single visit
Every room has a list and every list gets ticked, so the second visit is as thorough as the first and nobody quietly drops the baseboards.
Products you can pick
Plant-based and fragrance-free by default. If you want us to use the specific spray under your sink instead, we will.
Room by room
The four rooms people notice first.

Reviews
Where your real reviews will go
“This is where a real Google review will go once you collect a few. Your best clients' words, front and center.”
“A second review sits here. Short, specific, and in the client's own voice — that is what earns the next booking.”
“And a third. Once you have five real ones, we wire up a live star rating right here.”
Collect a few Google or Facebook reviews and they replace these cards — with a live star rating.

Neighborhoods on our route.
We run tight routes around Sagebrook so the team is not burning your visit in the van. The outer towns get one or two days a week — ask which when you call.
Questions
Before your first clean.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox, or a door code and go about their day. You are welcome to stay if you would rather — it does not change the price.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, every visit, at no extra cost. That includes vacuums, microfiber, and plant-based products. If you would rather we use something you already own, leave it out and tell us.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every cleaner is background-checked before their first visit, and the company carries liability insurance, so a broken lamp is our problem and not yours.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in decent shape. A deep clean goes after built-up grime — baseboards, inside appliances, grout, behind furniture. If it has been more than a few months, start with the deep clean, then drop to standard visits.
What should I do with pets and clutter before you arrive?
Pets can stay; just tell us their names and habits. Clearing counters, floors, and beds of clutter is the one thing that makes a visit go faster — we clean surfaces, we do not organize belongings unless you ask.
How and when do I pay?
Cards and most digital payments, charged after the clean is finished and you are happy with it. No deposit, no prepaid packages.
Get your Saturday back.
One call sets the price, the day, and the rhythm. After that, cleaning is something that happens to your house while you are somewhere else.
