These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any job — scope, price, and scheduling — are agreed directly with Sparrow & Sage Home Cleaning by phone, text, or in person.
Quotes & estimates
The per-visit prices shown on this site are for a standard clean at the stated home size. Deep cleans, move-outs, and add-ons are priced separately. Your actual price is the one we confirm with you before the first visit, and quotes carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Arrival windows are two hours wide and same-week openings depend on the route. We'll always tell you the soonest slot when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline a job — for example, biohazard cleanup or a home that is unsafe for our team to work in.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure we can get in on the agreed day and that surfaces are clear enough to clean. Tell us up front about pets, alarm systems, fragile items, or anything you'd rather we didn't touch.
